Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During periods of high demand or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected carrier. We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

DERMAGLOVE® currently ships to locations within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, opened or used products cannot be returned. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Authorization

All returns must receive prior authorization before being sent back.

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
